I love all food – but when I cook at home it’s usually simple food with Mediterranean flavours … of course there’s a lot of seafood and you can see many of my seafood recipes on the Sydney Seafood School website. This simple dessert looks impressive because of the plaited pastry, but is quick and easy and can be assembled up to a day ahead. Butter puff pastry makes a big difference to the flavour and mouth-feel.
